Typically,and I think this case would be construed to be typical, the holding company would own all properties and the banks would have a lease agreement of some sort or a free rent agreement. I don't know why it would be treated any other way. That way if the banking operations went out of business, the holding company would still have the properties to lease to other ventures as they may choose or to sell the individual properties outright.Holding companies normally has many different business entities and try to consolidate their real estae under one division. Fish, what is your take on this?
