Assets being sold by JPM that could be considered disputed by WMI. Will not close escrow until the judge approves the sale. There is a ton of real estate in the WAMU owned portfolio and THJMW has to sort it out. The skyscraper and the meeting center in Seattle will be held up pending ruling from Judge or verdict in trial. THJMW has to decide what is property of the estate. I cannot wait for that ruling to come, I want to decipher the opinion!
