From the tdcp S-8 , Filed 9-24-2009 :

[ ~Quoted from Page 3 of that new S-8 , after
CAPITALIZING the only few meaningful words . ]

.... " 3DIcon Corporation is a development stage company. Our mission is to pursue, develop and market full-color, 360-degree person-to-person HOLOGRAPHIC TECHnology that is both simple and portable....At this time, we do NOT own ANY intellectual property RIGHTS in HOLOGRAPHIC TECHnologies, and, apart from the sponsored research agreement with the University of Oklahoma, have NO contracts or agreements pending to acquire such rights or ANY other interest in such rights. We PLAN to market the technology developed by the University of Oklahoma by targeting various industries, such as retail, manufacturing, entertainment, medical, healthcare, and the military.

For the six months ended June 30, 2009, we had total revenues of $25,475. For the year ended December 31, 2008, we had total revenues of $42,900. For the six months ended June 30, 2009, we incurred a net LOSS of $809,524. For the years ended December 31, 2008 and 2007, we incurred a net LOSS of $3,611,550 and $3,928,996, respectively. As a result of our insufficient revenues to fund development and operating expenses, our auditors have expressed SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT ABOUT OUR ABILITY TO CONTINUE as a going concern. " ....

Translation : Expect tdcp to keep sliding down ~90% yearly ,
as it Always Has , ever since it started printing commons .

It has always been an almost riskless profit-maker for all
shorters , due to it's near-linear drop of ~50% quarterly ,
for the last 8 quarters .

We expect this to continue forever , or until the old longs
quit averaging down fast enough to cover the salaries of the
tdcp execs + their lab playmates .

Fortunately , tdcp can still sell a daily average of slightly
over 1 Million common shares ; which is ~$8k , currently ;
which is also ~$2,000,000 per year [~250 trading days] .

Almost enough to cover tdcp losses , but just fine for a few
tdcp common shorters to share ~$500k per year [which is an
average of ~$10k per week] .

GLTA ; with extra thanks to the longest averaging downers .
We hope that they keep spreadin' the news , + buyin' it .

The real test will be within 1 year , when tdcp is expected
to ~linearly slide below $0.0009 ; and start preparing their
long funders for the inevitable Reverse Split , which will
be explained as 'a step towards moving out of the pinks' .
And , we agree . After compound-losing 90% , for 3 years ,
99+% of pinks turn gray , or go away , much sooner .

P.S. ; Oklahoma , where tdcp execs play their home games ,
Actually IS , appropriately + conveniently , self-named
"The Sooner State" . The perfect state for the few common
buy+hold + averaging-down tdcp fans , for maybe a short
time longer , until the Sooners + the Accountants must tell
the tdcp execs , "See y'all later" .

By the way , we know of No 'tech' company that was Ever based
in OK ; or even Any company , other than bcit , which has not
even been allowed to trade , pink Or gray , for 4 years .

Bottom Line : Shorters love the reliable tdcp profitability ,
as long as its averaging-down fans keep contributing at least
$5k per trading day. So long. And, Go tdcp Sooner , or later.

Final Note : When tdcp goes BK , All common tdcp shorters
collect 100% Cash Profits , from their Brokers ; Without even
paying a commission to 'cover their shorts' ; because the
Judge will Certify that All tdcp commons are officially
and forever worthless ; as shorters knew , much sooner .

Averaging-Down is profitable for shorters , only [and All pinky/penny CEO's + Brokers + M&M's].
