Dave,

Just found your board here. I'll keep an eye on it. Here is a copy/paste from a post I just put on another board and I thought someone here may find it helpful.

To make your pictures smaller get any decent photo-editing program such as the free program called Irfanview at

Next, click Image>>Resize/Resample. Be sure Preserve Aspect Ratio is selected near the bottom. Click Set New Size, if it is not already selected. In Height, enter a number of pixels like 700. The width will change automatically so it is proportional. Units should be set to pixels. DPI should be set at 72.

Click OK. The picture will be resized. Click File>>Save As. Give the file a new name. Submit that to the web site where you want to host your picture such as
http://www.photobucket.com/
