Would-be Trump Marina buyer hires casino specialist

ATLANTIC CITY - A former investment banker who helped billionaire Carl C. Icahn buy the Tropicana Casino and Resort is joining a New York gaming group that has its sights on Trump Marina Hotel Casino.

Kenneth Shea has been named president of Coastal Capital Management LLC, an affiliate of Coastal Development, a privately held resort and casino developer headed by Richard T. Fields.
