If some one completes all the questions on a test and fails, it's a failure of the test. The person studied and did all he could to get a good grade. I never said they didn't try.
This is real life and these leaders' selfishness now propels them to spoil whatever remains for the rest of us. Kind of like the Titanic sinking and the people on the boat (leaders) are trying to keep the people in the life boats from being saved to help them with the buckets to get the water out of the ship to prevent it from sinking...
