In this case I think it is best to jump the gun.

I changed because the situation changed. I adapted. One of our leaders wanted $18 biilion dollars from the plainiffs... Fanatical... the leaders became more interested in side issues than the whole reason I invested in MOSH- for the value of its assets.

Let's take settlement of 15.83 cents plus the auction proceeds and declare this nightmare over.

If anyone wants to litigate side issues after everyone gets their $, good luck...

I don't know if the leaders worked all that hard. I do know they worked dumb.
