The fact is I did have a position in MOSH and got out .As a past holder I have every right to question the actions leading up to and after the settlement that now affects the unit price and the price at the time of my purchase and sale. When the wrongdoings at Enron were discovered it was not just the shareholders at the very end who received class action funds but those over a wide spectrum of time. Don't tell me who can and cannot ask pertinent questions Mr. Moderator.I viewed you as a fair and honest person not a one sided dictator.
