Yes, Scottrade has nothing but contempt for sub 4.00 stocks.

Get too many , or trade too much and they freeze you out plus charge you .005 per higher volume trades, they don't tell you about that when you sign up. Its buried in the paperwork.

So I transferred all my stocks to Etrade, and of course since then NO PROBLEMS.
