It is a common practice for big firms (no names mentioned) to borrow your shares. This is totally legal. For a share owner to protect their share there must be a buy price. I have put a price of .0008 on all my shares. As the price of EVFL increases you then increase buy price. Firms with the big time flippers will only be able to buy at your asking price. This will also get Evolution at a stable price as it rises.
I would encourage you to set a buy price now, and as price increases continue to do the same.
