I agree this sucks, however...

Isn't the silver lining that IDCC has now applied for the patent to specifically identify the Handset / User Equipment for the descrambling code?

Revlis Posted the new patent application earlier. Mr. Merritt even spoke of the clarification during the "morning after" conference call.

I agree this is more time and agony, but it seems to me Nokia will finally be cornered by the clarified patent.
