When they stopped me from trading in May, I lost thousands of profit and ultimately, still lost several thousand dollars, but better than even chance I will get it back.

They and no other brokerage has ever been allowed to hold customers funds from selling or transferring unless there was an SEC trading halt or a federal court order to do this.

If you think about it for a moment, it is something that is impossible to happen.

Not even the parent company of DTC, the DTCC would ever stop anyone from transferring their stock to somewhere else, even in a trading halt as there are varied reasons for doing this other than selling.
