breathe, I beg to differ. I listened to it again and Vanatta distinctly states that he is in the process of deciding which of the 3 exchanges he will move PureSpectrum to, AMEX, NASDAQ or NYSE, and that the move would take place before the end of the year. He even says that the choice will be based on what ever is best for the company and its shareholders. I think he's being misleading because I know the criteria for the AMEX, which is the easiest of the 3 to get on to and PureSpectrum isn't even close. And Lee sure isn't in a position to move it to the NYSE.
I also came across this on the google board, from a press release from July of last year:
Reuters: Tue Jul 29, 2008
PureSpectrum, Inc. Designates President and CEO Lee Vanatta as
Chairman of Board of Directors
SAVANNAH, GA, Jul 29 (MARKET WIRE) --
PureSpectrum, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PSPM) president and CEO Lee Vanatta has been designated the chairman of the company's board of directors, and veteran corporate attorney David Michael Conner has joined the board of directors.
"I appreciate the faith and confidence the board of directors and shareholders have placed in me by electing me to this position,"Vanatta said. "I have been clearly directed to continue strengthening the company in order to elevate our stock to a more stable stock exchange by the end of the year. I understand there are revenue and asset requirements required to enable the company to make this move, and I am very confident that we will meet those standards to join the
ranks of fully reporting publicly held companies."
So he was telling stockholders last year that they would be on one of these higher exchanges by the end of 2008. I mean, come on. What's with that?
Some guy on the google boards must really have it out for this company. Probably lost some money. They're having a feud over there...lol. He's invested in another lightbulb company called Vu1. Know anything about them? Will check them out next. Anyway, I've checked out some of the claims this guy is making about PureSpectrum and so far they've all check out. Not good. I did sell a part of my position a few weeks back and will wait a little bit longer. If nothing happens soon I'm cutting ties with Mr. Vanatta and company. These mistatements from Vanatta are making me nervous. Good luck, breathe and thanks for your response.
