I listened to the July 13th interview again.

He states that those will be the targets after the SEC makes a decision on the OTC.BB. They have been making public filings and multiple announcements on their intentions on moving to the OTC. This is the first time he has mentioned anything like the AMEX, NASDAQ, etc since stating it was "the company's ultimate goal" from last years shareholders meeting.

There is no way to jump directly to those other exchanges, and that is not what he is saying the objective is.
