its not all vitamins, it high doses of e and a. current vitamin pills,like in GNC have ultra high doses of these hings. you just dont need so much. 20K of A a day can give you liver damage/ i have not read the study so I dont know the dose used, but if its like usual reportage, they just asked people what they took and did not control for it well, so it will be unanswered.
