All they need to do is hand them shares for .00005 or something and let them sell them for .0001 - instant 100% profit for them and the same dollar amount for PYCT to pay for Tommy and PR's. Technically they should report things like this in financials - but then again they should also report the alleged takeover by the asians in April 2008 in the 2008 financials but didnt.
