INVENTORY AND AFFIDAVIT OF PROPERTY TAKEN UNDER SEARCH WARRANT
I received the attached search warrant on 02/10107 (Date) and have executed it as follows;
On 02/10/07 (Date) at Approx 15:30 hrs (AM / PM -- circle one), I searched the premises described in the warrant and left a copy of the warrant and a receipt for the items seized with the person from whom or from whose premises the property was taken, if present; or, if not present, at the premises.
