Good Morning Team Inca. 86EM. To answer your questions.
The online store will be for Retail purchases. Wholesale buys will be threough "back office" and out the warehouse.

The notes with the excercisable warrants good till 31 Oct 2009. There are several. You'd have to go look at the 8K from May 2007. (Yesterday I posted about it, the message I replied to from goinup had the link.)

My understanding is this. Note "A" lets say for expamle is $100,000.00 secured with a executable warrent for 200,000 shares at .50, OR 40% off the current market price with an expiration date of 31 Oct 2009.

Thus IMHO, these note holders with this warrants HAVE to get those shares by 31 OCT 2009 or they "miss the boat".

The good news is, we have not seen the OS increase. We have not seen Mrs. Josloff get her additional 260,000,000 restricted shares either. Only 40 days left until 31 Oct 2009.

So, all is well.

If you go to the 8k from May 2007. Can you total all the money owed and all the sahres of all the notes, if you have time. They start on page 10 or 11 I beleave.
