I have a 10 month old English Bulldog- with Elbow dyslplasia- vet prescribed Deramaxx for the pain- did not really want to keep her on that and started the Glucosamine/Chondroitin which you can buy in any pet supply store- it has made a tremendous difference for her also!!

My mom has been on Vioxx for 2 years-she cannot take Pfe- Celebrex- think she is allergic to something in it! She is going to call her doc- but is really quite upset as it was helping her manage her back pain and not sure what the alternative is at this point.
