That's what I'm trying to determine. I've run Norton antivirus since long before the problem happened. I use auto update, so my AV software is always up-to-date.

It acts like a virus, but Norton doesn't see one.

I was hoping the folks on the thread could help, if they had ever had something like this happen to them before.

I'm at a total loss for an explanation at this point.
