Your question is--- the one I would like to have answered, and it is:

Did any State or Federal Government official say, "We have appropiated such and such dollars to this project"?

According to Docshazam --- "The simple thing that I can gather is that they have not been able to secure the financing that they were working on."

Docshazam, do you have any idea of how much financing they were or hopfully continuing to work on?

Was it sent to---State, Federal, Corporate like JP Morgan etc. or Private like Schrader financing?

Now, if the Loan application is in to the Federal Government it will take a long time, to the State, maybe faster if there is political support.

Anybody know where the application or applications went, and/or, if it is still in the works.

Did they send in applications, to the Federal Government and State, for a grant, for Start Up Money? For now, that is about the most important thing that should be or should have already been done.

Whats going on?
