See ARCA perched on the bid, but gets nothing! Maybe he should move up to a penny to start with.
BTW: An A/S REDUCTION & a BUYBACK of shares to reduce O/S also would be a brilliant tactical move for Gene`s GOLDEN HOLDING at the moment!!!
