Question... I was in the process of transferring my account to TD Ameritrade out of Fidelity because of confiscatory commissions, and I get a call from TD today and the rep tells me that they have a problem, one of my positions can't be held in my TD account... yea, Spongetech.

What the hell? I know I've heard people on this board have TD accounts and trade or at least own SPNG. They wouldn't let me. Back to eTrade for me I guess.

Thoughts?
