Maybe not. If they are talking to specific people, and not to others, then that is probably a red flag to say the least.

The fact that they haven't updated the SOS is pretty significant too.

The point is, the only seemingly GOOD news comes from people lucky enough to communicate with the company. Not exactly much of an official forum.
