Thanks. The common thread seems to be "clearing problems" -- although I think some iHubbers did not understand what their broker was telling them...

What does that mean, exactly?

I would like to be able to see the DTCC notices to members, which I am not privvy to, unfortunately. No idea if the two things are related.
