yup and also and it interesting that the Company has a Letter of Intent for licensing flexible, cost-effective and en-ergy-efficient proprietary digital power modules based on patented microchip developed by a large digital power chip maker. Nearing completion of the design phase, the product could be ready for manu-facturing and distribution to Tier 2 & Tier 3 Telecom and LED OEM’s in the first quarter of 2010 ~~
