We like to use our decades of experience and knowledge to extensively research and dig into companies we feel can be a good trade or a good investment based on many criterias. Whether talking about a shell stock we believe could be a good reverse merger candidate to a growing revenue producing company we like to find those diamonds in this OTC rough, early, that have in our opinion better than average probabilities for a positive ROI. The OTC arena and the overall stock market can be a tricky place where if you don't know how to do your proper due diligence it can bite you back. OTC arena where many companies and many traders/investors don't make it successfully over the longterm. But we strive to show it is possible. Showing in MANY cases how some microcap and nanocap OTCs can even be a better investment or trade than other companies on major exchanges if one knows what to look for. Again with proper due diligence and experience knowing what is good for a company and the stock. We trade options as well and OTCs can indeed be a MUCH safer environment than option trading if one plays the game right. We look for company transparency, smart management who is able to adapt and make proper moves for us commoner investors/traders. We then try to align with the company vision and goals which ultimately give us that comfort and confidence in our decision to invest or trade an equity. At the end of the day always nice to be that early bird investor that reaps the nicest rewards so long as the companies execute properly and timely. Where a company makes moves that show they are looking out for us commoners best interest.
No matter the exchange big boards or OTC Markets we try to use our experience and knowledge to make it in this trading and investing world. As we focus this board more on OTCs which we are invested or interested in. Where we use our experience here to wade through the OTC muck to find the opportunities. The pubcos that can become more than just a trade, some can become lifechangers. Keeping in mind nothing is a guarantee in the markets let alone life nor is any exchange or stock perfect. But we can utilize our experience, knowledge and tools available to help weigh the odds more in our favor. The win is what we live for and sure will incur losses along the way. Good read on reverse mergers:
A "Reverse Merger" is a method by which a private company can go public by merging with a public company. In a reverse merger a private company merges with a public company that usually has no assets or liabilities. The public company in most reverse merger scenarios is usually referred to as a "trading shell company".
After the reverse merger the private company would retain most of the public companies shares and would be trading under the name of the private company prior to the merger. The board members of the trading shell company would resign and the private company would appoint their own board of directors.
The biggest advantage of a private company doing a reverse merger with a public company is the time it takes to get to public markets. If a private company goes public by way of a reverse merger they can do so in usually two weeks versus up to a year or more from scratch.

Most private companies that go public by way of a reverse merger experience higher evaluations once public.
Most private companies have an easier time raising capital after going public due to shareholder liquidity and reporting requirements.
