granpop, the merger to me seem like it is a win, win combination for each party, each one have so much to offer, and evrm has the technolgy that the market is in need of at this time. evrm need them to propel them into motion in a big way. the two parties make a good team. also i might add, that is why it is good to be a share holder. it is also good to be able to get in on the ground floor. each party by them selves would not have the great impact that they have together. it is good to be a part of this team. jlt
