As I understand it the company purchased the first 40 percent as well as the intended second 40 percent with shares of EVRM which has already been reflected by the increase in Authorized share structure. As I understand it, the deal has, pretty much, been approved, just pending closing of the deal. As I understand it both EVRM and STS really need each other to become a large player in the world security market. Marvin
