That wasn't what I was thinking

Thibadeau was with us at the start when he was leading the movement at CMU. (Remember the video where he first raised the liability issue.) He's been at the heart of the TCG from its inception. Now he's on leave from Seagate and has done something out of SKS's office. By putting it together, I hope that he plans to be working on turning on those TPMs.

If you haven't noticed, there's always been a small cadre ot top notch folks from the NSA, CMU, and others who have been working on securing the net. While the folks who think Wave has failed have been failing to notice a lot has happened. ISO adoption of the standard. While this has been a ten year disappointment for us -- it has been a lifelong goal for Lark, Thibadeau, Len Veil, SKS and many others.

With those SSD drives being thrown off buildings and being run over by trucks, they've reached a new stage in securing DAR. Maybe, the time has come to get the system that connects those encrypted storage devices turned on. For those of us who have always believed in Wave's secret sauce, perhaps the man has come to dinner. Time for sauce on those Wavy chips.

There are folks that think the curve below is meaningless and Wave is empty. We will see whether this latest factoid proves significant or not. I'm reading it as a closing of an important stage. However, all that matters is how fast the market ups the curve.
