The changes: “make it easier for small businesses to… allow workers to automatically enroll in a 401(k) or an individual retirement account,” adding a new check box on tax forms “to receive your [tax] refund as a savings bond,” and “make it possible for employees to put payments for unused vacation and sick days into their retirement plan.”
