he is actually happy about the arbitration panel taking longer

he believes that NOK arbitration is not inhibiting deals

So, wouldn't you want arb over with as soon as possible, if deals were not closing because of the NOK roadblock??

I believe there is a war room at IDCC in KOP...they have all the current and potential licensees on a big board in a matrix format. The board lists companies, what they are licensed for, what they need to be licensed for, how far they are in the sales process. I am sure that room is visited several times a week. It is all a big chess game. Every statement made by KOP, every license completed, has indicative value in this game. A company of engineers and lawyers...they need to be precise.
