L2V: regarding "logical" -- I didn't think too much into the usage of the word...but your point is well taken.

Logic is supposed to be a part of the art of law, but I do not believe it is there anymore. Lawyers have become a barrier to conducting fair and reasonable business(hence the rising costs in everything...you need a lawyer to do anything now). Instead of coming to logical conclusions based on intent of the involved parties, contracts can be negated on technicalities.

Arbitration, I would hope, would be in the spirit of conducting equitable logical conclusions, based on a business contract.
