i suppose NOBODY UNDERSTANT what an ica arbitrtion is,
by concept the arbitrator aren't following the "law"
rhey are looking for equitable solutions,

i know a lot of the "maitres" de la chambre international d'arbitration,as i've been acting with them.
the trigger idea is the basis of the nok case,we have been claiming,this and that :is the trigger,
nok lawyers though we were buff enough to gain a few millions and some years,
toshiba prouve that nokia actions were futile and surely non equitable against the weaker partner.
the arbitrators dont speak legalese,they speak french,lol.
