IR answered this question as well, they do not. As shown by the amended 10ka. I suggest you call the IR on the phone and ask him your questions directly as I have. That is if your posting agenda here is to find the truth not just be negative about the company on message boards.

I posted this in hopes that it helps someone decide what to do in this stock. So therefore they may purchase the stock and increase the PPS
