Well, I'm sure Overland Park, Kansas will be one of the 1,000 so I'm ok. Of course, if it is only 500,000,000 people that will be left breathing that means the average city can only have 50,000 people. OP has about 200,000. So, that means four other "cities" will have to average 12,500 each - and that assumes that all 500M come from the US. Actually, the entire US population allowed to live will probably only be 200,000. So, unless you live in Overland Park... you're screwed!
