The only alias I will claim is Smaz1969 here and Qsplurge on Yahoo. To suggest anything else is uninformed, unjustified speculation. Also, to suggest that I have any responsibility to prove anything here is crazy.

Even crazier is to suggest that Eugene would post here and try to sway things given the level of SEC scrutiny that is on him now.

If you are truly interested in investing in Quest and your only reservation is doubt that the Pond Creek mine is open I would think you would do more to verify the mine status than you currently are doing, especially when someone shows decent evidence that it is. Whether you want to admit it or not, the picture I have shown is decent evidence. I know it proves nothing though. I never said it did. The highest level of credence that I ever assigned that picture was that it is simply evidence to support that the mine is back online again. I made no speculation about the level or continuity of output, the purity of the unprocessed product or the potential level of profitability as a result of production.

I am interested in possibly investing again at some point myself. I know the mine is open. But despite that, I am waiting to see if it can maintain production and turn a profit as a result of renegotiating several important contracts to more accurately reflect current economic conditions. I am also still waiting on the pps to settle after the recent reverse split and I am waiting for indications of the level of ongoing dilution. All of that will affect my decision of whether to buy again and the timing of it if I do decide to jump back in. And, not to bash, but judging by the 4.5M shares traded today it appears that the debt conversion/dilution is well underway again which means that the pps will be heading back to triple zeros again soon. I always call it like I see it and invest accordingly.
