My point was that they aren't making money. It has to be subsidized with their endowment which is something HRCT doesn't have.

I do take your point that they subsidize students that don't have the financial means to pay the full tuition and HRCT will not be doing that. The population of China isn't really a factor since 80% of them can't afford a schoolbook much less tuition. Skimming the wealthy depends on how much competition there is.

In any case, a single school isn't going to make stockholders rich.
