Whizzer, if were sitting on a Jury and considering the ITC finding of non infringement for the respondent and patent validity and enforceability for the complainant, I would ask to see the patent or have it read, and its claims for types of equipment. And hearing Apparatus, User Equipment and base stations I would ask the Judge why we are here again, and upon retreating to the jury room for deliberations I would tell my co-jurors not to waste my time as I vote guilty of infringement.
