Using logic...I'll put myself in the place of the board of directors of Hartcourt..They have millions of shares of Hartcourt..It's pretty obvious they believe their shares will be worth more as Maple China Ed than Hartcourt...Also why would Sino-Canada take all of those shares instead of cash unless they feel the shares would increase in value...finally it will stop the naysayers from saying Hartcourt will "go under"and "fold their tent"..and second finally, Hartcourts acquisitions have value or Sino-Canada would not have been interested in this take over...
