This company is run by a liar and conman. Bill is doing business with a man who has a record that is a mile long and bill has found himself a partner in crime. Why would any investor want to be involved with this company. Nothing good is happening with in the company. Bill just wants to get money no matter what the consequences are. This stock will be deluted until there is a zero BID . Becareful of this SCAM.
The company has no money coming in and is dysfunctional. Here is one of the executive members Bill's side kick. Abecassis was paid for MAC 1 by MIRA.PK 50,000,000 shares plus a 2.5 million share sign on bonus for him being CEO of MIRA. Look at MIRA news and you will see what the true story is as Bill and Sam are misleading shareholders into a scam. Mr Abecassis is tring to sell MAC 1 Ind to IACH as he is no longer involved with MIRA and has no interest in the company other then him owning shares in Miracle Applications for the purchase of mac 1.
