I like folks to tell me the story about who the players were here, and what I missed. I was not around till the last week or two on this one when I heard about the SEC suspension.

Steve Adelstein is the master mind behind the IACH scam. He has registered over 100 stock scams in 20 years now in the same Florida county!!!!! It is all public record. IACH was one of his more public scams but not the only one.

He tried to rip off IFUS shareholders with a loan shark loan to IFUS subsidiary Supreme Energy, while he was a director of the IFUS subsidiary Supreme Energy, but the founder of IFUS caught his scam just in time to stop it.

Steve had planned to stage a loan default (His loan to IFUS-SE), by calling suppliers and customers and telling them not to pay their bills or ship product, etc, and thus caused the loan default while he was a public officer of the company and the origin of the loan. A clear case of fraud and dereliction of fiduciary duties while a director, as well as tortuous interference in the business.

The IFUS CEO has written documented proof off all of this and has sued Steve Adelstein for over 4.25 Million dollars now.

Anyone that wants to know what a lying cheat and thief the CEO of IACH is, Steve Adelstein, should just look at the con game Steve is paying for to try and kill Ifus (Steve was also a director of Ifus-SE, until he got caught red handed stealing IFUS assets and trying to ruin the company from the inside by stagging a loan default he made while being a director so he could seize control if Ifus!!!!!!) so he could take it over and kill it and scam Ifus shareholders the way he did with IACH. IACH shareholders should be setting up and filing a class action law suit against Steve for what he did here and should be asking the SEC, FBI, Justice Department, the DEA and IRS to investigate Steve's business practices!!!!

My suggestion would be that we hire the criminal law firm that Steve was using to sue Ifus, but he fired them and withheld their last payments, so they too are pissed off at Steve and know how to nail him in court now

I am just as positive and agree!!!! In fact if you or others have any facts collected about this latest Steve Adelstein scam here, IACH, one of just nearly 100 defunct companies he controlled and fleeced stock holders with (well documented in the Florida County records and court cases), please send them to the US Federal court where he is trying to take over a legitimate company he nearly took over before he got caught committing felonies as a director of the firm (Ifus) and once caught he was booted from the firm. He is now trying convince a federal court that the Ifus CEO is guilty of racketeering LOL, when in fact Steve Adelstein is the one that has committed multiple felonies just against Ifus and Ifus shareholders and Ifus is counter-suing him for theft of Ifus assets.... Long story.... Will post the rest of the story here if asked.
