It is difficult to believe that drilling has been going on but with billions at stake ,if Sinopec is serious about making an offer for ERHE then who knows ?
Don't forget though that Oily is taken seriously because he tells you what you "want to believe" even though each time it falls short of reality !! Even if he is once again dead wrong the majority will readily fall for it again !
