is IDCC's shareprice fairly valued at this time due to last Qs earnings and next Qs projected earnings?

Personally, I think that IDCC is in the right range in terms of valuation. Yes, its PE is very low, but until IDCC shows that it can sign long-term contracts, the market isnt going to give its shares any kind of premium. They will be priced as if earnings are going to fall off a cliff in 2011....which they will unless Nokia signs or LG renews.

Its still a very digital outcome for IDCC....they win a reversal and the stock sees earnings and PE expansion. If not, I think the shares are dead money until sometime in 2011.
