Well put, this board does not control the stock. Investments are supposed to be made on your own due dilligence, not because someone like me says its a SCREAMING BUY, although right now I do say it is a SCREAMING BUY, way to cheap on fundamentals, and way way to cheap on a specualtive basis. The fact IDCC didn't get infringement doesn't mean than Nokia doesn't see the new patents and how they reenforce the IDCC patents, and may decide to settle today for example. Now what would that do to the stock? You take fundamentals and speculation and you have a stock way to cheap.
