KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InterDigital, Inc. (NASDAQ:IDCC - News) today announced financial guidance for third quarter 2009. InterDigital® expects third quarter 2009 revenue to be in the range of approximately $73.5 million to $75.5 million.

This is below analysts expectafion.
