Honestly? I don't see what the problem is here. It's your own fault for getting involved with this (and any other) stock, and no one else. If you're foolish enough to follow someone else blindly without doing any research of your own, then that's your own problem. Using Phil as a scapegoat isn't going to get you're money back, or bring justice to the appropriate parties. I find it more interesting that nothing has been heard of from Jason/James for a long while now..
