You can't prove that Pond Creek is still closed, jr. Simple as that. The MSHA site indicates otherwise. It doesn't prove that Pond Creek is producing. But it indicates that they may be attempting to begin production. Only time will tell for sure if they are producing and more importantly producing profitably.
