Likewise if there is a separate document it has to recognize in it that there was a transfer of the battery patent for shares. And the end of years 10KSB's filings should have under patents that the battery patent was acquired by PWTC for shares in either the initial partnership agreement for shares or a separate document agreement for shares. Only after inventor AS left did that happen in the 10KSB end of year filing. Stating or actually implying, that the battery was transferred as part of the initial partnership agreement for shares. Which is very dubious when it is only implied and not stated as fact.
