You have continuously said that the mine is still closed and has never produced coal, jr.

The fact of the matter is, past monthly reports have clearly shown that the mine has produced. It simply has not been able to turn a profit yet. I have yet to find a coal producer who has turned a profit this year.

Another fact is that the MSHA shows the mine as active now. And you cling hard to your claim that the mine is closed. How can an active mine be considered closed?

I don't trust your unsubstantiated lies at all, jr. I would rather wait and watch to see what happens.
